Quinoa Porridge
This recipe makes two generous servings.
Ingredients 100grams of quinoa flakes 500ml milk (any milk is perfect – i prefer almond or oat milk) Method Place milk and quinoa into a saucepan and heat over a low heat, stirring until it starts to bubble, continue stirring for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat. Toppings Add whatever condiments you enjoy, some great flavour combinations include: Apple + cinnamon + honey Mashed banana + peanut butter Berries + shredded coconut Honey + banana |
